  • Great for all girls
YOU CAN LOOK GOOD IN A BATHING SUIT -- AND HAVE NO BULGES! NO FLAB! NO CELLULITE!

Do you go to the beach with a cover-up over your swimsuit? Wear jean cutoffs instead of a bikini bottom? Cringe at trying on an itty bitty piece of spandex? Hide no more! This easy, fast, and all-new workout will get your body in shape for summer -- and maybe the best shape of your life!

SPOT TONE TOO? YES!

Find out how to "spot tone" away the fat you hate on your tummy, thunder thighs, and butt. Joyce Vedral's Bathing Suit Workout features her exclusive "tri-set, " which tones and dramatically reduces three target areas at a time -- for super-fast results. Plus -- listen to this! -- the whole routine! takes just ten minutes a day and needs no equipment (you can opt to use a set of five-pound dumbbells, but that's it!). And this is what you can get:
-- Reduced dress or pants size in three to six weeks
-- Visible reduction of fat in two weeks
-- Marked reduction of cellulite (and potentially its total elimination!)
-- Higher, rounder, tighter buttocks
-- Hard, toned thighs
-- Flat, tight, defined midsection ... the stomach of your dreams!
-- A delicious eat-till-you-drop fat-loss plan"You can achieve a bathing suit body in thirty workout hours!" claims author Joyce Vedral. These workout hours are broken up into 10- or 15-minute sessions, done every day or every other day. Although Vedral doesn't calculate the math, this comes to 120 to 180 workout sessions, which may take a year at 10 minutes every other day. Vedral says that you can get your bathing suit body "in record time" because "you'll be concentrating only on the problem areas." ! This is problematic, because spot reducing does not work, and! exercis e professionals have known this for years. Though Vedral insists that you're "zapping" fat, you can't burn fat from specific areas. But this book's program will work--the catch is that you follow her low-fat "bulge-busting diet" (15 percent fat, 15 percent protein, 70 percent carbohydrates), and do three to six 20- to 40-minute aerobic sessions a week, in addition. So much for the claim on the cover: "10 minutes a day to a flat stomach, trim thighs, flab-free hips and the firmest butt you ever had."

If you get past your annoyance at being misled, the book presents a good exercise program and sound nutritional advice. The "tri-set" is three complementary muscle groups (hips/buttocks, thighs, and abdominals) exercised in sequence without stopping. Then, after a 15-second rest, you do another tri-set, and so on until you've done seven. If you're a woman or iron, steel, or titanium, Vedral offers more advanced levels by adding additional sets of new exercises f! or the same body parts. Weights are used optionally for the thigh exercises only. The illustrations are clear and show both beginning and ending positions of each exercise. --Joan PriceTwo Lips Reviews, Reviewer, Sheila

Bathing Suits Optional is a story that introduces Steve and Lisa to the world of swinging. Steve’s reaction is stereotypical but still humorous. As his eyes partake the luscious women and sexual activity and his mind and body want to join in, his thoughts want to keep his wife out of the action. Lisa will not accept that. Each pair up with a couple of the opposite sex, at first in each other’s presence, but then go off on to their own “rooms” to enjoy their liaisons.

I enjoyed the sex as Steve had his two women and Lisa her two men. I have to admit I’d have gladly traded places with Lisa as Armando unleashes his roving tongue. Bathing Suits Optional is a short story with no big plot. It is an evening in Steve and Lis! a’s lives. As a one handed read (it really is!!!) it succeed! s and I have to admit Bathing Suits Optional gave me a happy feelingâ€"a feeling that lasted even after I closed the book. ____________________________________________________
BLURB

When Steven and Lisa attend a big pool party presented for Hollywood’s most beautiful people, they learn, to their surprise that bathing suits are optional and that’s not all. As they enter the pool enclosure from the conservatory, they discover a wanton orgy is taking place.

Steven wants to leave, but Lisa wants to stay and apparently participate. Heating up fast, Steven wants to participate too, as long as Lisa doesn’t. What follows is a sexy hilarious romp, which is liable to excite you and leave you smiling.

EXCERPT

We continued toward the hazy doorway to the pool, and stepped through the doorway into a mist filled den of debauchery, where hardly a pr*ck or c*nt wasn’t occupied in some fashion.! Though it was difficult to see through the ubiquitous fog more than thirty feet in any direction, I suspected, an orgy the likes of which would make Caligula envious was taking place.

I didn’t know where to look. F*cking and s*cking were taking place all over the place. I didn’t know where to step as writhing bodies lay everywhere. We came to squirming mass of beautiful flesh that had formed itself into a circle from the wall to the poolâ€"a daisy chain. Since we couldn’t walk around, I helped my wife step over the chest of a man whose face was buried in one woman’s sn*tch while another woman energetically dined on him and into the circle.

Standing in the center of the libidinous encirclement, I surveyed what was visible of the room. As I’d assumed, the mist originated from the large heated pool. Though the fog was even denser above the water, our close proximity allowed me to see some twenty feet into the pool. Couples who were obviously en! gaged in some form of coupling dotted the aqua blue water.

No one wore a bathing suit. I looked and looked and everyone as far as I could see was naked, including…my wife! My jaw dropped again. I raised my hands to cover her breasts, “What did you do with your suit,” I screeched.

Her nostrils flared again she pursed her beautiful lips. “I’m not going to be the only oddball wearing a suit.”

Her mons was still uncovered so I moved a hand there.

She laughed.

Realizing I was short a hand, I pulled her in close and looked both ways to see if anyone looked our way. Thank God, they didn’t.

To say I was getting exited was an understatement. “I’m wearing a suit!” I shrieked, “Am I an oddball?”
